Privacy notice

There are no cookies on this site and no analytics. Nothing is loaded from another company's servers. The only personal data I end up with is whatever you type into one of the two forms and send me on purpose.

What the forms ask for

Just the fields you can see on them:

  • The contact form asks for your name, email address, the type of work you need, and your message.
  • The intake form asks for those plus your company name, industry, current website, timezone, and a budget range.

Reading the site collects nothing at all. There is no login, no account, and no identifier attached to you.

Who else sees it

Submissions go through Netlify Forms. Netlify is the American company that hosts this site, and they pass the message on to my inbox at mohamedelmehdi@elouni.tn. Nobody else.

Netlify also keeps ordinary server logs, which include your IP address. Every web host does this and I have no way to switch it off.

Why I need it

To read what you sent and write back. If you are asking for a price, I need enough of it to work one out. I do not send marketing, and I have no reason to sell your details to anyone.

How long I keep it

Up to 12 months, then I delete it. If we end up working together I keep the correspondence for as long as the project needs, plus any support afterwards.

Getting it deleted

Email mohamedelmehdi@elouni.tn and ask. You can also ask what I hold, get a copy of it, or have something corrected. You do not have to explain why, and I will sort it out within 30 days.

No cookies, no analytics

  • No cookies. Not for analytics, not for preferences, not at all.
  • No tracking scripts, ad pixels or social media widgets.
  • No third-party fonts or CDNs. The typeface is served from this domain, so loading a page here does not tell Google or anyone else that you visited.

The site does install a service worker. That stores copies of pages, stylesheets, scripts and the font inside your own browser so the site still works offline. It holds nothing personal, it never leaves your machine, and clearing your site data wipes it. The intake form page is left out of it on purpose.

Security

HTTPS only, with HSTS, and a content security policy that refuses to load scripts, styles or fonts from anywhere except this domain. Found a hole? Reporting details are in /.well-known/security.txt.
